Features:

1. The signal output can be arbitrarily selected as either a square wave or a pulse wave.
2. High detection accuracy, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability.
3. Continuous measurement of forward and reverse torque without repeated zeroing.
4. It can measure both static torque and dynamic torque.
5. Small size, light weight, and easy to install. Sensors can be used independently of secondary instruments. As long as a ± 15VDC (200mA) power supply is provided according to the socket pin number, it can output an equal square wave or pulse wave frequency signal with impedance proportional to torque.
6. Measurement range: 0-500000 Nm standard optional, customized for special ranges.




Scope:
1. Detection of output torque and power of rotating power equipment such as electric motors, engines, and internal combustion engines;
2. Testing of torque and power of fans, water pumps, gearboxes, and torque wrenches;

Basic principle: Measurement of torque: Using strain gauge electrical measurement technology, a strain bridge is formed on the elastic shaft, and the electrical signal of the elastic shaft under torsion can be measured by providing power to the strain bridge. After amplifying the strain signal, it undergoes voltage/frequency conversion and becomes a frequency signal proportional to the torsional strain.


Working process: Apply specialized torque strain gauges with strain adhesive to the tested elastic shaft and form a strain bridge. Provide power to the strain bridge to measure the electrical signal of the elastic shaft under torsion. After amplifying the strain signal of the torque sensor, it undergoes pressure/frequency conversion and becomes a frequency signal proportional to the torsional strain. The energy input and signal output of this system are undertaken by two special ring transformers with gaps, thus achieving contactless energy and signal transmission functions.
